• How many people can be drawn in one hour?

  • Our artists can draw roughly 15-20 people an hour in black-and-white. If there’s a big line and we need to get through a lot of people we speed it up to 20 per hour, but if things are a little more relaxed we’ll add more detail to the drawings. No matter what, we always take enough time to make sure we get a good likeness.

  • How much space do you need?
  • All we need is three chairs – one for the artist and two for the people being drawn – in a relatively well-lit area or full shade if outdoors.

  • Will you print my logo?

Absolutely! Black and white printing is free, for color printing we only charge you what our printer charges us.

  • Will you be working with multiple booths at my trade show?

Nope. We want this unique service to be unique to your booth for the whole conference. You book with us – we don’t accept any other bookings for the same event.

  • Do you offer discounts?

If your event is longer than six hours or spans multiple days, it’s possible that you may be eligible for a discount.

  • How much experience will my artist have?

All of our hand-picked, independent artists have had a minimum of five years of experience drawing at live events. Your are guaranteed a professional, experienced artist who is a delight to work with.

  • Are there any additional fees?

There will be a daily parking fee which varies depending on the venue. In general the daily parking fee at most venues ranges from $15 to $25. A travel fee might apply – but only if there’s not an available artist in your service range. After that, no other fees.

  • What is commissioned art work?

Commissioning art is the process by which an artist creates a work of art on a client’s invitation. This invitation comes in many shapes and forms. The most popular subjects have been families, couples, work associates, athletes of all ages, wedding couples, and pets You name it!

  • How much does it cost?

Payment is negotiated  prior to the drawing so that there are no surprises. Typically on average, commissioned art is drawn on 14″ x 17″ acid free paper. To calculate an estimate for example, I take the cost of materials $35, add it to the time it takes ( ie 20 hours to make the art, and  $20 an hour to make it, then I price the art at $435 ($20 X 20 hours + $35 cost of materials).

If it takes longer than the estimate we agree on, you will never be charged extra.  All my work is 100% guaranteed satisfaction.

  • What mediums do you use to create your work?

I use a combination of mostly colored pencils, markers, chalk and/or oil pastel to make it pop and look vibrant. All artwork is sprayed with a coat of Fixative to prevent any smearing.
